Shipping
Please allow up to 3 business days to prepare your order for shipment. A business day is Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). all Orders are sent via USPS.
REturns
Your satisfaction is our biggest priority, which is why we gladly accept returns on any product, except sale items and international orders, for up to 30 days from the date your order is received.
To initiate a return, please email americanwildside@gmail.com with the following information and we will respond within 48 hours with refund details:

Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that due to payment processor rules, it may take up to 10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on the account of your payment method.

Items cannot be returned appearing worn, with makeup or deodorant stains, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, with animal hair, damaged, tags not attached, or received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale.
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise was damaged or defective, please contact us at americanwildside@gmail.com for assistance.
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned per our return policy above as long as the original tags are attached.
MARKED DOWN MERCHANDISE
All sales are final on marked down merchandise. Sale items, promotional items, clearance items and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
